Turnaround time varies greatly due customization of jewelry; Estimate of 2-4 weeks. Some items are considered a "pre-sale" as they are made to order by a third-party supplier - shipped to us completed then we ship to you after a thorough quality check. Turnaround estimate of 3-6 weeks. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
